Completed in 2025 and designed by architect Louisa Gee, The Crescent Renovation transformed the unit with a thoughtfully designed extension that added a third bedroom and a suspended concrete roof deck above. This outdoor space was enhanced with feature timber seating crafted from locally sourced Australian blackbutt and supported by a stainless steel frame.

Across all three levels, custom joinery was carefully integrated to maximise living space, including blackbutt veneer cabinetry and Australian marble benchtops. New tile flooring throughout the ground floor and balconies completed the renovation with a refined and cohesive finish.
